Dan Maffei grew up here – he believes in the great promise of Central and Upstate New York.
Dan has deep roots in Upstate New York, going back four generations. He was born and raised here, and attended public school in the city of Syracuse. Dan went to college at Brown University, and has earned graduate degrees from both Columbia and Harvard. He moved back here – when most of our best and brightest young people were moving away – because this is home, and Dan truly believes it is a place worth fighting for.
